Worked out okay for Lanzi and Bayliss, but still it was painful to watch.
Didn't help much that I saw it coming for the last half of the lap.  I know
that both riders were trying to outbrake each other, but do folks think that
if Neukirchner had been able to hold the inside line would things have
turned out differently?  Thumbs down to Checa for sweeping up Max, but he
was given the hole.  At the rate decisions have to be made at the front of a
WSB race, I'm not sure I can fault him diving for the open door.

And who woulda thunk that Lanzi would cleanly overtake Bayliss on a year-old
machine?  Props to Signore Lanzi.  =)  Oh, and props to Bayliss for his good
sportsmanship in the interview after the race.  His good nature is
definitely one of the reasons I'm a fan.
