[Ducati] What, no Stoner commentary?

Hi Tony,
Three thoughts:
1) Why can't I crash (and recover) like Colin and Nicky?....dammit!

2) From my Armchair Racing Seat....looked like Casey's impatience cost his
some valuable championship points (shouldn't have forced the move that put
him into the gravel a SECOND time)

3) Good summary article on Speedtv.com (of all places...yeah I know, Dennis
is probably the best/only motowriter they have)
http://moto-racing.speedtv.com/article/motogp-looking-back-on-jerez/

4) I couldn't stop at #3....
Marco's season is painful to watch....I really (normally) enjoy his riding
and hope he can do better soon. Any chance of him catching a ride on his
old Honda? (maybe if someone at Gresini friggs-up and then Ducati sacks
Melandri...he can have his old ride back.....It would have to better than
what he's dealing with now. He's a world class rider and I'm afraid he's
just going to end up hurt....Remember Bayliss' last full season on a
Ducati? ...not fun.

5) Now I'm really overbudget ;-)
Early Predictions for the Season:
The Championship will ultimately be fought between Rossi and Stoner.
Pedrosa's chance will improve if the new Honda engine delivers useable
power....if it doesn't happen soon enough this year, he won't be able to
keep up.
Lorenzo in 4th....Toseland may have a shot at a Top 5 finish. I'm liking
some of the other new riders too...Andrea Dovizioso nipping Rossi in Qatar
was very ballzee.

Regards,
Joe
Glad there's SBK racing this weekend....Go Bayliss!!!

I can't believe this last race silenced all the afficionados...surely
someone has some opinions on the race outside of Stoner, no?

If you haven't seen Colin's superhuman save in qualifying, here it is:
