I will make an announcement about the hotel to all the DOC's at once. After  
that it's first come first serve. I hope to organize a couple of back up 
hotels  as well since I have no doubt we will fill the first hotel. There are a 
couple  within a half mile on the same road that fit the bill. The biggest thing 
is  there needs to be a place to gather in the evenings, I know there  are 
bigger things in life but for me a big key to happiness is a parking  lot, a 
tailgate to sit on, a cold beer and the accompanying storytelling,  mechanical 
antics and general sharing that seems to come as soon as the first  few things in 
this sentence happen.  It's also good if you can walk to  dinner, (there's 
Italian, Mexican and a couple of other places right there) and  that there be a 
place to park trailers (there is). 
Regarding the tickets, that I don't know. I'll ask and let you know.
