Hi Barry
I actually agree with you as a matter of fact it has long been my contention
that the only 848 Ducati should build at all is an R model for $30k like
they did with the 749R. The 749R was one of the best bikes Ducati ever built
and they might not have made much money on it but it was a terrific bike.
The rules were not fair for it to be competitive but the same thinking done
to the 848 might be.
