I think the SP had a wider wheel & tire than the CR. I have a CR. I'm
assuming that the swingarm was proportionally wider. Assuming a wider hub on
the wider wheel, this means a longer axle, or different spacers, too. I'm
not positive on any of this, but this is what I've gathered from following
various other discussions. Maybe the SP's wider tire was fitted to the same
width wheel as the one on my CR. I don't know, but I doubt it. There was a
guy last week who had a digital fiche he was sending out. If it had both the
CR and the SP, it's be easy to find out. I don't have the fiche.
