we've done a few swingarms, but not a lot as compared to bikes sold.  i'd have no issue approaching the importer with a warranty request for it (if we were still dealers that is), and out here the importer tends to pretty active about this sort of stuff.  they still replace cracked frames without issue thru the normal warranty conditions.

altho, from what i read on the internet, in the usa there seems to be more of an anti dealer attitude from a lot of owners, an anti help attitude from a lot of dealers and dna not being active at all.  which is a pity.

i'd give the dealer a go if it was me.
