[Ducati] Brake Problems

I race a Ducati 748, with stock Brembo Brakes and master Cylinder. I
have had a night mare of a time with the front wheel slowly locking
up the brakes on the front so bad I almost high sided today, and
could barely get the bike off the track. I went through the brakes
with some good helpful riders at the track who have much experience
in this problem. We took the brakes apart sanded the glaze off the
brake pads, I pulled the calipers apart and checked the seal it is
good. The system was cleaned right up , was bled both sides and
managed to get a good feel back in the front lever. I managed to get
the next race done, but I could tell in the final couple of laps I
was working hard pushing against the front again, the brakes didn't
totally seize up this time, but the front wheel is very hard to turn
over again. I have 2 sets of wheels, and I had the same problem with
different rotors yesterday, I assumed it was the rotors on my
practice set, but this is obviously not so since my race wheels have
been affected as well.
Question? Could this be a master cylinder problem, every thing else
has been given a thorough going over. Is there something that has
been over looked.
