[Ducati] ECU install on Sport 1000s ?

That's right. The dealer's name is Gary in Ashville, NC - Myers Ducati. Nice 
guy, seems honest (big too) and good people. I have absolutely no doubt that 
he was told this by Ducati North America. And Ducati can do whatever they 
damn well please. Ass me how I know. Should Ducati take a stand on a 
warranty issue that "disappointed" the buyer/owner it would be up to the 
individual to take on Ducati legally. Ouch!$ that's expensive and would 
probably occur at a glacial pace.

But for $2100, installed, for a full exhaust, ECU, Airbox top and filter 
(plus 14 HP), not to speak of a bike that has not so much as hiccupped in 
17,500 mi. is was a deal.
