[Ducati] 900SS - Wits End

I think, and I know the experts will correct me if I'm wrong, there is a 
vacuum bladder at the top of the carb. If this has a slight hole, cut etc. I 
think the carb slide will remain in the up position and you will experience 
the rpm's remaining high.
