[Ducati] 748 Opinions?

I ride a 97 916 and a plan on buy an 06 sport classic 1000 this  Winter. I'll 
keep my 97 916 four valve but miss my 95 900sssp and 92 750ss that  I 
shouldn't have sold. The two valve bikes always did everything I needed to do  but I 
still love my 916 that has given me thousands of miles of  almost trouble free 
riding.
