[Ducati] Cam Timing & squish

I have a fair amount of mechanical knowledge from working on my 748 
which has been converted to a 916 last year. I had done this engine 
swap with the help of a friend, measured shim clearances, replaced 
bad rockers and cam belts, and had the alternator off a couple of 
times. I realize I have a lot to learn but I am willing.

I would like to adjust cam timing and squish for some better 
performance out of my 916 race bike. How difficult of a procedure is 
this, and is it possible to do myself?
