A friend of mine some time ago was experiencing the same problem on his Kwaker 750 GPZ. After about a mile or so his rear brake would lock up untill it cooled down and the bike was rolled backwards. I checked everything and found nothing out of the ordinary. So out of desperation we went for a ride with me close behind. I did notice something out of the ordinary in the way he rode with his foot on the rear brake lever. I stopped him and asked him why he was doing this. He said he had never noticed he was riding with his foot on the lever. From what I could tell he had his toe just barely touching the lever but it was enough for the brake to pump up and then of course it got hot and things went to hell from that point. I bent his lever down slightly and he never had another problem. I ride with my first two fingers resting on the front brake lever for the most part, just a habbit I,ve had for ever. I wonder if your diong the same thing and havent noticed it. Like maybe it's just enough to pump up the brakes to the point of lockup from overheating. I've seen stranger things.
