I have asked a few questions about a month ago about a ST$ 1999 with a few
thousands miles on it. 

I have had a major tune-up.

Now I have a problems. It doesn't start. It smells gasoline. What happened
is that I have really overfilled the gas tank. It leaked by the hose (s)
underneath. Last night I have left the accelerator knob half-way (I forgot).
I have just ran  the battery to the ground. Now it's on the trickle charger.
But it cranks up and the motor seems to be turning a few times. Could it be
flooded and what can I do to fix this problem.
