[Ducati] was Motorcycle Shipping Advice Needed, now Ducati Santa Barbara

First of all thanks to all those who responded to my question on motorcycle shippers.  Now I have 4 or 5 promising leads to chase down and I'm feeling a lot better.
 
Just came back from Santa Barbara (where I'll be moving to) last night and during my stay there I got the chance to visit the Ducati shop there on Carillo.  Does anyone in that area have experience with their service?  Judging from their old sign it used to be where ProItalia was?  What is the story?  Please feel free to respond to me directly offline.
