[Ducati] Motorcycle Shipping Advice Needed

I'll put in another plug for Gold Rush Motorsports.  They weren't the
cheapest, but they are door to door.  No pallets means no forklift.  Double
decker enclosed truck.  Biggest lift gate you ever saw.  They mostly do
cars.  Wheels were anchored to the floor and forks and rear were anchored to
the walls, so no fork compression.  My bike was in the center of the floor.
