[Ducati] NDC- possible carb issues with CCM? Help please

I used to put my 750 Yamaha petcock in the reserve position because it
wasn't dependable under heavy loads, like the old fashoned vacume operated
windishield wipers it tended to close at the worst possible time.  Moonbeam
