[Ducati] exhaust energy, turbos and diesels

Diesel, they sure have come a long ways, the new Fords are twin turbos from
the factory. The smaller one doing initial duty then the bigger of the two,
combining with the first covering the wide range of engine loads and rpm.
The Fords are now using a common fuel rail as well!

As you might have guessed I'm going through the 7.3 Diesel in my F350. It's
going to be a stump puller for sure!
