Shows what being out of the industry for 15 years does, although I must 
admit that I had forgotten the meduim speed diesels.  We are still a 
long way off utilising our fuel to max.  The main problem with using a 
second engine to make use of the wasted heat is that the additional 
weight will probably not justify the energy recovered.  Same problem 
with current fuel cells
