[Ducati] 1098 R Question

Here's what I got from the press conference - It's basically an entirely  
different bike than a 1098 - even the frame is different. Price is basically  
$40,000. 180hp  stock. 186hp with kit exhaust and chip. Stock bodywork  is mostly 
carbon. I think it only comes in red. It has sandcast engines cases,  it's 
basically the full race bike - lots of Corse stuff in the motor, weight is  165 
kg dry. It has an Ohlins TTX superbike rear shock, titanium valves with half  
cone retainers, 106 mm bore - no chrome on the rockers, it's a new super 
finish  now. Slipper clutch, dual injectors staggered for different torque curves,  
titanium exhaust. The computer system is upgradable for a plug in traction  
control chip. Basically, this think is da bomb.
