[Ducati] Leo Vince for 07 st3

Can anyone tell me about putting on the Leo Vince Evolution II #7183 for my 07 ST3. Its just the slip on. I know my bike has the closed loop circuit. I called the MFG and they said I would get the ECU light on my dash, but thats it. Performance and sound quality would be increased. 

Any opinions or advice. I do know about the Dealer recommended system for 3x the price....I can hold out if that is the only way to go...

I'm very happy with my bike but would like a tuned sound.
