[Ducati] Garage Advice: Thanks

Thanks to the list for all the ideas.  I could feel my wallet getting 
thinner as I read them. I doubt I would have thought to put a urinal in, or 
space for a parts washer.  Probably not a good idea to the two?

During my search for a house, I found I missed out on what would have been 
the perfect home: a retired fire-house.  There is one in my area with room 
for 3 trucks that sold not to long ago. :(
