[Ducati] Salvaged Title

Not worth it.  the 99 came with the brembo wheels and I picked up a 996S 5 
years ago for 7500 with clean title.  I've seen 996 around here go for 
8-9k with ohlins forks.. I'd pass on this one if I were you.
