[Ducati] Garage Building Advice

Drainage.
Heat/cooling.
Vertical bike storage.  (One of those parking elevators for a 
bike).  I've seen one for 3-grand.  Looks like you might need it with 
all those bikes..

Other than that, I'd want an in-line pneumatic system so I can run 
air tools and have a plug-in on both sides of the garage, or a spool 
hose hanging from the ceiling.

A bachelor pad on the 2nd floor for when the Mrs gets tired of your 
ass working on the bikes and locks you out of the house.
