You might consider running hard air lines and have a moutned compressor 
feeding them if you want to run air tools, or maybe a paint gun later.  
Itmakes inflating tires easy too!
If you make an insulated closet to hold your compressor, it keeps things 
quiet as well.

A wash basin or sink is GREAT to have too, if you've got room for it.
