So lots of responses, Thanks to everyone, it will be the ST3. I realize now that my original email did not say much about our riding style/experience/expectations. So, I hate interstates regardles of which bike I'm riding these days. Back when I rode BMW's I would go to Daytona non-stop on I-95 and I thought I was having fun. These days I will take US17 from Virginia to Deland, then go east to Daytona, a little over 1 1/2 days. When I go to Barber Motosports for Superbike races from Virginia, it is all back twisty roads, ~900 miles, and its takes us 2 days. Same for Road Atlanta. Mid-ohio is a 10 hour day on back twisty roads. Sometimes I take the ST3 and sometimes I take the M900. So I'm open to suggestions on routes north from Colorado, up into western Wyoming, then maybe SE corner of Idaho then down to Utah arriving for the superbike race at Miller. This part of the trip we will leave Monday from Denver area and arrive in Salt Lake Saturday. After the race Sunday we would leave,
headed back to Denver, spend the night in Denver then Monday head south to Arizona, New Mexico and back up to Denver, arriving back on Friday. If the time allocated for the second loop is too short, we will just not go as far south. any suggestions on routes would be appreciated. Thanks - Gene

So a couple of us are going out West from Virginia for a two week trip. Right now we plan to trailer to Denver area, then make two loops one north, then west ending at the Superbike race at Miller. Then a second loop south down to AZ then back up to Denver. Couple of questions that maybe you can help with. First we each have a choice of bikes, we will either bring the ST3's or our Victory Cruiser's. Monster was not an option due to carrying capacity. While I'm sure there are roads that would be well suited to each what are the majority of the roads like in CO, WY, ID, UT, AZ, NM?
Second I need a place to leave my Truck/trailer. Right now I am planning to stay in a hotel out by Golden for our arrival in the Denver area. I assume there are some secure storage places near there that would accomodate storage for a two week period, anybody from the Denver area have a recommendation? Thanks - Gene
