[Ducati] Adventures in motorcycle shopping

Hi gang,
I am officially back in the hunt for a motorcycle. 
YES!  Hopefully a duc' but I'm open minded (sort of). 
Just something nice and easy to troll around in all
summer.  But I’m running into a lot of a*holes.  NO!!!
 I typically find a bike on craigslist for local
listings.  I bump time and time again into the “I am
working in the UK” bullcrap.  Is there any way or
mechanicsm to report those bastards?  I mean, really. 
On 6 or 7 bikes that I inquired about under $4000 (I’m
a cheap ass), I have gotten back the exact same lame
ass letter and it is getting very very old.  Just
looking at any small way to get even
