We all probably have memories of  'speed runs' over the years. 
   Have heard stories locally of the 'gendarme' impounding the bikes and having the owners watch handcuffed from the back seat of the cruiser as a hook is used to pull bike up the platform/tow truck.  Once they have fallen off their kickstands, the drag up the platform does a nice job on the 'Tupperware'.
