Personally, I cannot recall having a bad experience with any Ducati dealer
in the past 30+ years. Because of my semi-nomadic life, that covers a bunch.
The main reason for my mentioning this at all is it seems that dealers today
only get publicity when they disappoint someone. It's easy to forget that
their main reason for existing is to make money. It takes special people to
do that in a manner that balances customer satisfaction with fiscal success.
IMHO. the most important part of that equation in strong factory leadership.
I sense that Ducati is providing that.

That's good news George. I think Ducati dealers are for the most part,
trying pretty hard to do what they can to disspell some of the old rumours
and conceptions.
