[Ducati] Spoiler! Jerez

Like you, I am a fan of Loris from before his Ducati days, and I was a bit
surprised at the beginning of his year, a crash and then a non competitive
race. Hate to see him start two races down. On the other hand, I am even
more of a fan of Capirossi because of the effect he is having on Stoner.
Because he is an older guy and obviously a class act, Stoner has paid
attention and learned to think smarter on the track. This is not easy to do,
and without a tutor, it is difficult. Not sure Stoner would have been any
more successful this year than last if he didn't have the benefit of some
mentoring from Loris. Hopkins is another one that could benefit from
expertise of another rider, so if Stoner continues his intelligent approach
to racing this season, and Hopkins continues his direction, I think we could
put that down to the benefit of Capirossi, and that might be the best thing
yet. It was also good that Bayliss is the one that convinced Stoner how good
the family of Ducati was.

That is true , but that being said Loris is a well paid proffesional and
should have things dialed in during practice. Dont get me wrong because I
have been a Caprix fan since the beginning but it did surprise me a bit to
see him hanging sooooo far back. Anyone hear if he's a Dad yet?
