Reminds me of an experience I had on the Beemer.  The K1200LT's have a
tendency to smoke a lot if left on their side stands too long.  I took off
from a stop sign, and at the next stop the guy on the Harley behind me said,
"Hey brother, when you left that last stop you left a cloud of smoke that
smelled of beer and bratwurst!"

Guess if the same thing happened on a Duc, it'd smell like pesto....
