I only add garlic along with basil and a hint of rosemary when using it at a
track day!

You aren't adding garlic?  It really makes 'em smell nice at anything  over 
6500 rpms.  Leaves your buddies trying to figure out if they are  pissed or 
just hungry when you smoke 'em. :-)
