[Ducati] '98-916 Ohlins

The 916 Mono came with an Ohlins rear shock in the US, with the exception of
some of the early '95 models that had the Showa. '96,'97,'98 Monos all came
with the Ohlins. Bipostos and Bipostos converted to Mono tail sections would
have come with a Showa.
