I look at it like this...

It would be a lot harder for the guys who know what they're talking 
about to sound condescending if the vast majority of Ducati 
mechanics/tuners were remotely qualified for their jobs.

I've got an immense amount of respect for Brad, Rich, Clayton, Lofgren, 
and Chris Kelley - because these guys *freely share* their knowledge. 
(Apologies in advance to anyone I've left out of that abbreviated list.)
