I know what he's saying, but my Ducati's have been my favored means of 
conveyance, yes transportation for my adult lifetime. If I'm going to work, 
to the grocery store, post office etc. (hell, anywhere) and it's not too far 
below freezing or raining, I'm on the scooter. An S4RS is VERY good 
transportation. Thank goodness for living in S.C. where we can ride all year 
long. It's not just a sport or a hobby. People ask, "when did you start 
riding again?" I never quit. I'm a biker and it's part and parcel of my 
life. It is an entertaining way to get around though.
