[Ducati] motogp hi-res feed

It's 6:10 am here on the east coast. I don't know when the rest of the work
is most commonly watching their motogp site, but I still get this buffering
shit this early in the morning. If it's purely a question of how many people
are on their server (or not), I guess that's when I'll try to watch stuff.
That's not exactly the usage I had in mind when I subscribed to this.
Anyway, for the benefit of those who already have paid for a premium
package, I have emailed the site a question regarding how to upgrade to the
hi-res service without having to pay for an entire package again. That
appears to be the only option they offer (unless I am missing something
somewhere on the site.) I will report in when (if) they respond.
