[Ducati] motogp hi-res feed

I just did a back and forth comparison this weekend. watching a race vid from last year (Malaysia, ...wow, it is still exciting), and then the high-res sample. The high-res sample was a much better image. Once it ran fine, the other time, it was only a series of stills and never went video. This suggests that there is still something out there that can completely ruin a high-res viewing. I will try the same experiment from work, where there is rarely a system slowdown or bottleneck (and the IT guys can tell me if there was).
The image quality is tempting, and I'd probably pay the difference, but I'm not yet convinced that the feed will be good; and that one time limitation still kills the deal for me. If it messes up while I'm trying to watch it, am I done, or do I have to write a letter of complaint,....
