regarding oatmeal stout. The combination of alcohol, known to reduce the risk of heart attacks (we'll save the "in moderation" discussion for another time); and oatmeal, proven to reduce cholesterol (again, we'll save until later the discussion of the limitations of using cholesterol levels as an indicator of cardiovascular health); makes oatmeal stout the perfect medicinal beverage.
