Or you could go find yourself a '04 Triumph Sprint RS (SSSA, 118 hp, 3-cyl, 
460 lbs.) for $6K. Stiffen the forks, put some Michelin Pilot Roads (if 
doesn't already have good rubber) on it and have at it. Excellent torque 
from 3K rpm, strong motor generally, nice handling, 50 mpg, and excellent 
reliability with low maintenance. The perfect compliment for my 998.
