[Ducati] Ducati no longer trading on the NYSE due to costs

Dave, I think that's an incorrect interpretation. Ducati will still
have to do the same kind of reporting for the Italian exchange
(Borsa). Don't forget that EU accounting rules are different than
American rules, which means that Ducati has to pay for their
reporting & compliance twice if they are listed on both Borsa and
NYSE. (www.borsaitaliana.it)

Plus, the volume of trade of DMH on the NYSE was VERY VERY low. Many
days went by with the volume being zero, and rarely was it over a thousand.
Having to pay an accounting firm several tens of thousands for the
privilege of being on the NYSE simply did not make sense.
That being said, Ducati is still available OTC as DMHYY.PK (pink
sheets). So you can still buy it if your broker will trade pink sheets.
