[Ducati] Bump Start... OOPs

Earlier this year, just a little before I got a new rear tire, when my
Monster was cold, I shifted into second and the motor died ( had not
taken the choke off ). I kicked it down to first and let the clutch
out, hoping to restart the engine. It just locked the rear tire and
aggravated the need for a new tire. There was about a 7 inch strip of
cord showing. First gear is not a good choice for bump starting.
