That's kind of where my thoughts were going, Ron.  Cross-breeding doesn't
have to be a bad thing.  Okay, so maybe a pushrod Ducati isn't such a good
idea, but believe it or not there are actually some pretty talented
engineers at H-D, and who knows?  Maybe something good could come from a
little Harley-Ducati cross-pollenation.

Of course, it's also equally possible that something attrocious could come
out of it as well.  But I think I'm an optimist.  Given two equally possible
outcomes, I'll tend to gravitate toward the rosier of them.

"Desmo flat-tracker" sounds rosy.  =)  The return of the Apollo?  (lol)
