Pick up a Ducati accessories catalog. It's identical to a HD accessories 
catalog right down to the font style.

Ducati is already using the brand loyalty/bling business model that has 
been successful for Harley.

The fact is: Ducati has more to gain  from this arrangement than HD has 
to lose.
