[Ducati] new Ducati owner - clutch

Hey I have a similar issue with my '06 999

putz'ing at highway speed or in low RPM in any gear.....the clutch basket or 
assembly sounds like it's engaging, then not, then on again, off.....   only 
at the 1st tiny crack of throttle just to keep her cruising.  very low load, 
doesn't matter what gear....open clutch by the way

I assume it's the play in the dry clutch config, I purchased the bike new.

Under normal accel/decel...no problems

Sound like the same thing??

Sounds like a combination of riding below the power band (lugging the 
engine), and maybe some FI surging going on. What bike are you riding, 
again?
