Andy,

You were sent directions to the house before I left on my long trip out to
CA. Unfortunately I was not able to check email along the way, so had no
idea that you had not read the email with directions to the house. At
Laguna, I did get an email from you, but was unable to reply, due to lack of
time and bad connection, but did phone the number you provided, but the call
didn't go through. Arriving to late last nite to do anything about it, I
looked up your address and used Paypal to send your $120 back to you first
thing this morning.

As mentioned in the beginning at sign up time, the deposits are non
refundable, but in your case, we made an exception due to the accident of
your group member. Sorry you were unable to follow the directions and find
the house, but at least you already got all your money back.

Peter

I was wondering if anyone knew this email address:
Peter <utexas at gvtc.com>

He was soliciting people on this list for sharing cost for a room. He
kept my money and never contacted before the race and now after the race.
I'm assuming he simply forgot to contact me and has not had a chance to
check email. So before I go the criminal complaint route, can anyone
vouch for this guy or tell me how to get a hold of him? I'd like to try
to get my money back.

andy
