If you are the sort of person who likes to try the unusual, you could
try one from

The guy has designed his own replacement ECU.  Hardware is open-source,
his software is not.  You might look the link on the left of that page,
"Is MyECU for you?"

If you want an assembled unit, it is listed at AU$650.  A kit of parts
is AU$300 give or take some options.
