Good on ya, there, John, for showing our Jersey sensibilities in keeping
mind of the big picture even when it comes to important stuff like attending
a gp. I'm in Demarest/Bergen County). My first and only USGP was the HOT one
last year, so Indy is very attractive. Although I've watched them ever since
they were telivisedyears ago. (How great was "Superbikers")? I'm sure we
will be at Indy next year. Hopefully more people than I are researching
accommodations and such. At this time, there is no known equivalent of Hill
House, which I so immensely enjoyed being at last year. Thank you George,
Peter, and all else (beer makers.......................Oh boy). I am looking
into the possibility of getting a place and trying to host some fledgling
get-together for listers. If anyone would like to contribute any thought,
advise, assistance in putting something together, I would welcome the input.
Steve
So, with the Race coming to Indy next year, what's Indy's version of Cannery
Row? I think maybe I'd like to get a room closer to that place instead of
the track.
