[Ducati] 916/996/998 underseat heat

I ride my 748 (with Ti cans) for typically between 1 and 3 hours at a time,
and the only times I have problems are when I go through town.  Slowing down
and especially stopping and sitting will get my butt and right leg pretty
hot.  It sticks around for a while but eventually dissipates once I get back
into the country.  I'm guessing that the engine also puts out a fair amount
of heat, and without any significant air flow over it, a lot of it goes up
towards the seat region as well.
