is WAY outdated:

FYI "Thomas" as in "Thomas Jefferson" who is the founder of the 
Library of Congress.

Enter HR 1076 in the Search Bill Text search field and set it to Bill 
Number.  Click CoSponsors (there are currently 65 for the House bill.

The Senate also has a bill for it:  S.616, which you can find in the 
same link above.  There are 5 sponsors on that bill.  You should 
email your senators too about S.616.
