Umm, I think that is exactly backwards!  E85 is 85% ethanol.  What we
get at the pumps now (at least here, and I think nationwide) can be up
to 10% ethanol without being specially labelled.  I believe there is a
recent push to increasse that to 15% ethanol (85% gasoline) which may be
where the confusion is coming from.
