stuff that is the same (of the top of my head):  engine bottom end internals, clutch and covers, cylinders, pistons, exhaust cams, rockers, valves, wheels, front axle, front brakes, throttle assembly and switches, footrests, coils, general bolts and nuts.

pretty much everything else is different.  easiest conversion involves a sale and a purchase.  but if you need to fill in some time.... choose something else.
